A One-Day Event on Carlos Castaneda’s Tensegrity
A View From Silence: An Introduction to the Theater of Infinity
Designed as a prelude to the Tensegrity Workshop in Schoorl, (near Amsterdam) Netherlands: Journeying Toward a New Abundance: Theater of Infinity™
March 17 – Gignac – South of France
March 30 – London, UK
April 7 – Berlin, Germany
April 14 – Amsterdam, The Netherlands
April 28 – Rome, Italy
May 18 – Madrid, Spain
Don Juan defined inner silence as a state of being in which normal thoughts were suspended and one could function from a level other than that of daily awareness…
Carlos Castaneda, The Active Side of Infinity
Daily awareness and heightened awareness reside side by side, and the doorway from one to the other is often silence.
And whether our state of silence lasts but a moment or a longer period of time, its effects are immediate, and one begins to view the world and its surroundings in a refreshingly different way.
In today’s confusing times, silence may be needed more than before. And in this one-day event, participants will be guided through the practice of several ancient series of movements and breaths to a state of silence and bring back a new view and direction regarding a specific issue from their life.
And on their journey, participants will experience several practices. They will examine their issue with the help of the seer’s art Theater of Infinity™, an evolutionary tool whereby the learning of the mutability of the roles we play opens the doors to silence and connectedness to oneself and other sentient beings – the waters, the plants, the minerals and the stars. And to crown the event, participants will become part of a giving and receiving circle.
This event promises an experience of moving towards silence, and is given concurrently within the same timeframe of local Tensegrity Cyclicity Series Four classes, given by Facilitators-in-Training, which develop the daily practice of silence.
Jim Morris, Associate Tensegrity Instructor will guide these events, along with the help of Facilitators-in-Training.

Cyclicity Series Four: Silence
March and April 2013
This is a class where we will enjoy silence together, and support each other in establishing and sustaining a daily practice of silence.
In our practice we will acknowledge that silence for each us may be experienced differently – for some it may be a complete cessation of thought, for others it may be becoming aware of an internal witness or observer, a distancing from the mind’s usual reasoning, and for still others it may be no cessation of thought whatsoever but a new and distinctly different kind of cognition.
All in all, silence can be the birthplace of creativity, inspiration and what seers call ‘silent knowledge,’ the reception of instantaneous information from the universe at large without the usual precursor of inductive or deductive processing.
And in some ways silent knowledge has been responsible for some of our greatest discoveries: Einstein’s theories have been suggested to come partly from dreams and Mozart’s unprecedented music was often described as being ‘the voice of angels.’
As each of us experiences silence differently, each of us may also reach silence and accrue or expand it differently. Some may find it after movement, others after periods of concentration on breathing, and still others through deep relaxation, or deep attention in any given activity or endeavor.
And for each of us, silence moves in cycles. The experience of one moment’s practice of silence may be completely different from the next, following the many cycles and rhythms of our external and internal worlds. Each of us will be supported to navigate these cycles, appreciating its many ways of being.

Online Class on Tensegrity & Equinox: Feeling Abundant
Saturday, March 23, 2013 times 9 to 11 am PDT, 17h to 19h CET, 8 to 10 pm MSK, 1 to 3 pm BRST, 3 to 5 am next day EDT
Equinox: the seasonal turning point that comes twice a year, where the center of the sun travels across the equator, and night and day are balanced, nearly the same. This solar movement creates a momentary reduction in the magnetic field of the earth, allowing us to connect more easily with the sun, moon, planets and stars.
Ancient humans aligned certain of their rituals and sacred structures with these turning points. In this class, we would like to take the opportunity of this Equinox moment, to become more conscious of, and balance, our relationship with the cycles of abundance in our lives.
We are vibratory beings, and therefore, according to seers, we attract experiences that match, even more than what we think, what we feel! In this class, we will explore: What are our feelings related to the ebbs and flows of financial abundance? Are we anxious when resources are low? Giddy when they are high? Are we fearful, or overwhelmed, or hopeful, or appreciative, no matter what? Let’s become more conscious about what our patterns of feeling and emotion are in this area of our lives, and what the roots of those patterns might be, so that we might adjust to find balance and presence in our relationship with our resources—and ourselves and others.
In this online class, we will practice Tensegrity movement, breath and dance, accompanied by vibratory sound, and enjoy a moment of silence, all to help us align with the Equinox, and to hear /feel/ sense/ see the messages of our inner seer, and be guided by its continuously adaptive wisdom.
Note: For those who wish to tune in early, one half-hour before the class start time, we will have a special vibration bath for you to listen to and enjoy.

A Workshop on Carlos Castaneda’s Tensegrity
Journeying Towards A New Abundance: Theater of Infinity
Schoorl, near Amsterdam,
June 28, 29 & 30, 2013
A seer must cultivate the feeling that he has everything needed for the extravagant journey that is his life. What counts for a seer is being alive. Life in itself is sufficient, self-explanatory and complete.
Don Juan Matus, as quoted by Carlos Castaneda in Tales of Power
‘Abundance,’ ‘prosperity,’ ‘success’ are words which traditionally describe the manifestation of tangible wealth, and although the experience of these things can certainly make our lives more enjoyable, they are not in themselves our goal or destination on a path with heart—our journey in life where we are walking alongside Spirit.
The purpose for which the seers of don Juan’s line lived was enhancing awareness. And on their way there they acquired everything they needed; and if fame, money, recognition, or influence came, they viewed it as an accessory to enhancing awareness and not the other way around.
For those seers knew a simple truth—that to walk aligned with Spirit took effort—a worthy effort of looking beneath the surface of societal beliefs that prosperity for one must come at the expense of another, or that someone else was responsible for their prosperity rather than themselves. By letting go of these ideas, they welcomed silence and their essence effused gratitude for the abundance they had. They came to know that by being a piece of Spirit they possessed the same creative force as Spirit. And on their journeys into silence they found and brought back treasures, insights, new ways of being for their own well-being and for the welfare of others. In the end, those seers indeed felt abundant, ‘complete’ in being able to traverse both the energetic and physical realms, and capable of accessing and providing whatever was necessary on this journey of awareness called life.
It is this path towards creating with Spirit from our essence that this workshop and its surroundings supports. This time we have chosen a site in the wild and natural setting of Schoorl—a place of transformation whose name means “washed by the sea” and whose guardians have looked beneath the shadow of a WWII Transit Camp and restored the land to its native prosperity, of which we will partake when we are there, be inspired by, and give back to.
At the beginning of our journey, as we make our way from the stimulating city of Amsterdam to the quiet, sandy dunes of Schoorl, layer after layer of familiarity washes away, a measure of silence ensues, and our essence comes alive, linking us with something greater then ourselves.
Traveling deeper, a sense of our essential completeness continues in the workshop through the seers’ art, Theater of Infinity. With it, we will peel back layers of old commitments to non-functional definitions of prosperity, reach a silence enriched by breath, movement, and the supportive interaction with others, and from this place a plethora of new possibilities emerge.
The Theater of Infinity, as described by seers, is both an evolutionary tool as well as an example of how to experience life. As one plays the many, continuous and changing roles within our own life scenes and those of others in the Theater, our strong allegiance to our usual identities and positions begins to melt; we become more fluid; our views and perceptions change, and we begin to see that our life journey towards conscious abundance can be as mutable as the shifting sands of Schoorl.
All in all, by practicing the consciousness-building work of the seers of ancient Mexico as presented in this workshop, we may come to ultimately agree that yes, indeed we have all that we need for this marvelous tour of awareness called life, and that the power to create or manifest within it rests comfortably in our hands, and Spirit’s.
