Concord Institute
"Concord Institute run a Tensegrity Practice group every Wednesday evening in our Bodywork studio. Practice starts at 7pm and finishes at 8.30pm. All are welcome, especially newcomers, you do not need to have practiced Tensegrity before. For those wishing to join this series or if you want to drop in for an evening please call or email the centre in advance to let us know you are coming. Please wear clean, indoor training shoes. Cost £4 per person per session, this covers the rental of the space."
